Very popular Fishtown bar, music venue, and art gallery is looking for tenant to rent out full basement or a possible investor to buy into entire business. Will listen to any interesting options.

The existing business has been open for over two years. There is a bar on the first floor, with a stage for live music and performance and a full DJ set-up, as well as an outdoor enclosed seating area for smoking. 2nd floor has two large rooms - on one side an art gallery and the other side available for rent. On the other side of the 2nd floor is two rooms for band layovers and one large office. Possible Record store with Label in March 2011.
